RemindMe Pro was born out of frustration. We got tired of losing domains, watching subscriptions auto-renew, and scrambling on expired certificates. So we built the tool we wished existed.
In 2022, one of our founders lost a client's e-commerce domain because the registrar's reminder emails landed in spam. The domain was snapped up by a squatter within hours. The cost — financial and reputational — was devastating.
A Google Calendar reminder set manually would have prevented it. But who has time to manually set 3 calendar alerts for every domain, subscription, and contract they manage?
That was the day RemindMe Pro was conceived: a tool that automates exactly that — adding everything to Google Calendar and sending email alerts at the right time, with zero ongoing effort.
We started with a simple script, then built a proper app, and eventually opened it to anyone who needed it. Today over 2,400 professionals use it daily to protect their businesses from the silent danger of expiry dates.
We built RemindMe Pro so it never needs to store your data. Your events live in your Google account, not our database. This was a conscious architectural choice, not an afterthought.
Every feature we add is weighed against the complexity it introduces. We'd rather do one thing brilliantly than ten things poorly. The best tool is the one you actually use.
A freelancer in Morocco should have access to the same professional tools as a Fortune 500 company. That's why our core features are free, forever.
